Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager, In-Store Display to work on the In Store Marketing team onsite in Bethesda, MD. You will lead the development and execution of monthly merchandising directives and signage initiatives. This position leads the cross-functional development of monthly merchandising planning. The Manager, In-Store Display works with Wine, Spirits, Beer and More Merchandising teams to understand Merchandising strategy and category opportunities. They will also work closely with our Brand/Campaign Team and Creative Team to translate programs in our retail space. The position is responsible for overseeing all aspects that go into executing in-store display plans and communicating to stores monthly merchandising initiatives. The Manager, In-Store Display owns the financial results of End Cap and Platform displays. The position is responsible for communicating results and growing profitability within these channels.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with cross-functional teams in a creative environment, while executing against multiple deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization. You will report to the Vice President, Marketing & Promo Operations, Creative, and In-Store Display.You will

• Lead the development of Monthly Merchandising Strategy and Direction
• Measure and communicate the impact of Monthly Merchandising initiatives
• Lead cross-functional planning that drives measurable profitability growth
• Oversee the execution and process management of Merchandising Direction
• Manage ad-hoc monthly and seasonal display and signage initiatives including NB Vendor Offers
• Manage specialized Brand Building displays
• Oversee Grand Opening Merchandising Planning
• Ensure Merchandising and Marketing deadlines are executed againstYou will come with
  • 5+ years retail experience
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience
