Job Opportunity:Assistant Director of Nursing(Assisted Living)

About the Opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated ADON to oversee our Assisted Living facility. This role is ideal for an experienced RN with a background in assisted living and memory care, offering competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinical operations of the Assisted Living facility.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality care standards.
• Lead, train, and support nursing staff to provide high-quality care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate patient records and oversee medication administration.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care and well-being.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and manage resident outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Current RN license in state
  • Experience: Experience in Assisted Living required; Memory Care Unit experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills with a focus on compassionate patient care. Benefits:
