Strategic Partner InitiativesThe Manager, Strategic Partner
Initiatives will gain experience and expertise within our firm on
business strategy and administrative operations. They will serve an
important role both internally and externally as a project manager,
information resource, and key point of contact for colleagues
across the organization.This position may be based in Washington,
D.C. or Richmond, VA.Primary Responsibilities:Community Management
& High-Touch Events
- Coordinate project activities for the New Provosts Intensive,
Future Presidents Intensive, and Women Presidents Affinity Group
initiatives.
- Develop and refine scripts for event communications and
presentations.
- Provide on-site and virtual event support, ensuring smooth
execution.
- Track outcomes, leads, and feedback to evaluate event
effectiveness and inform future planning.Key Accounts
- Manage key account engagements, including scheduling, note
collection, and external meeting coordination.
- Prepare briefings, debriefs, and supporting materials for
impactful partner interactions.
- Scope, plan, and oversee logistics for VIP events, ensuring
high-touch support and successful outcomes.Web Help Support
- Provide timely responses to WebHelp inquiries from partners,
ensuring a positive experience.
- Track and analyze inquiries to identify trends and areas for
process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex
partner issues efficiently.Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience, with a minimum of one year of
experience at EAB.
- Proven experience ensuring projects are planned appropriately
and completed on schedule.
- Proven relationship-building skills and ability to work well
under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Experience in dealing with sales and operations teams.
- Salesforce proficiency including detailed cataloging of
pursuits, monitoring and managing all pursuits and creating reports
to proactively manage a large, multi-sales team portfolio.Ideal
Qualifications:
- Understanding of higher education sector, particularly systems
of public higher education.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and pursuit urgency.
- Experience managing and participating in strategic account
planning.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to
manage requests and respond to questions.
- Strong written communication skills including precise spelling
and grammar.

every day.Compensation:The anticipated starting salary (base) range
for this role is $48,000 - $62,500 per year. Actual salary varies
due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant
experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary
range for their role.This hire will additionally be eligible for
discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable
compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and
organizational performance.Consistent with our belief that our
