Position: Senior Project Manager - Traction PowerLocation: Washington, DC, Arlington, VA, or Baltimore, MDJob Category: Engineering GroupJob Type: Regular, Full timeWhat We're Looking ForHNTB is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Traction Power. This opportunity entails managing assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle, including developing the scope and technical sections of proposals, participating in contract negotiations, and overseeing project delivery to accomplish HNTB's performance goals.What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the development of the project scope and fee quotation, assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Implement the firm's project delivery plan and lead the development and execution of the project management plan.
• Oversee project staffing and support performance and compensation reviews.
• Assist with business development and client relationships for mega and super mega projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
  • 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.What You'll Bring:
    • Experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, with quality and client satisfaction.
    • Ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
    • Proficiency in using system tools for project management.
    • Experience in client interface and talent development.What We Prefer:
      • Master's degree in Engineering.
      • 15 years relevant experience.
      • Transit Experience, Power Support / Design Focus.
      • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
      • Project Management Professional (PMP).Additional Information:Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Locations: Arlington, VA, Baltimore, MD, Washington, DCThe approximate pay range for Maryland is $180,489.42 - $315,772.78.
