M9 Solutions is seeking a Federal Account Executive to join our successful team in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of staffing open positions for Systems Integration clients. * Identify and develop new System Integration client relationships. * Market services to fulfill human capital needs in subcontract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions within client base. * Meet or exceed a quarterly quota. * Market candidates for open positions to meet client needs and work with hiring managers in the selection process. * Collaborate with teammates to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business. * Coordinate with the Federal Business Development team on opportunities. * Attend industry networking events.
Required Skills and Qualifications * Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required. * Local to the Washington, DC Metro area. * Bachelor's degree, or industry experience in lieu of a degree. * 1 - 3+ years of technology staffing experience in a sales role. * Acts with honesty and integrity at all times. * History of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams. * Stellar work ethic and unparalleled sense of commitment. * Knack for solving problems in ways nobody else thought of.
Full-Time Employee Compensation * M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
