Job Description:

Adecco is currently looking for qualified candidates for Production Team Lead positions for our client in Chantilly, VA 20151. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and candidates must be available to start immediately.

Job Duties Include:

*Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift

*Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours

*Enforce all safety and processing procedures

*Enable effective communications between management and operators

*Train new employees and coach existing employees

*Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol

*Investigate and report all incidents (accidents, poor performance, etc.)

*Manufacture and pack products as necessary

*Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas

*Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

Available Shifts:

2nd and 3rd

Pay Rate:

$18.13/hour - $19.00/hour
