This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day Washington, D.C facilities operational needs as well as supporting audio-visual requests for our conference rooms.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily office walk-throughs, ensuring every floor is clean, functional, and fully prepped for productive work and meetings.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, manage freight shipments, and coordinate smooth delivery of resources across the team.
  • Coordinate building access - assisting with assigning, troubleshooting, and administration of security credentials.
  • Be the go-to person for facility-related issues-diagnosing problems, implementing fixes, and improving spaces.
  • Schedule, document, and oversee maintenance and repair visits.
  • Remain accountable to service tickets, ensuring solutions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Support setup and teardown of furniture, equipment, and audio-visual systems for events.
  • Maintain knowledge of building systems, security, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling building amenity reservations.
  • Connect with staff to build rapport and understand their needs for excellent service.
  • Assist across all Business Solution teams, including Events and Tech Support.Basic Qualifications:
    • Education: High school graduate or GED
    • 1+ year work experience
    • Demonstrated success delivering service both internally and externally
    • Proven multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented approach to work.
    • Experience using Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiar with Power Point
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    • Capable of standing for long periods of time
    • Positive, polished, poised, and professionalIdeal Qualifications:
      • 1+ year work experience in a technical and/or operational support role
      • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
      • Proven experience in facility maintenance
      • Experience developing organization tactics to meet business goals
      • Experience in event and AV setups
