POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Function as subject matter expert for our government client on any system related inquiries. * Obtain and verify data for new and existing databases. * Generate and preparereports based on provided requirements and parameters. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Secret Clearance. * Knowledge of the Administrative Support Services contract, and the Diplomatic Security organization. * Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience. * Possess excellent verbal and written customer service techniques. * Ability to pass agency clearance.
