About the Role:Join our dynamic Field Sales Representative team
in Business Sales, focused on driving growth through door-to-door
sales to small businesses in the telecommunication sector. Your
ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets
will be critical in expanding our market share. We seek an
experienced sales professional with a proven track record of
meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. If you thrive
under pressure in dynamic environments and are passionate about
driving sales through exceptional consultative techniques, we want
you on our team.Offering cross-country sales consultation expertise
and solutions, Premium's award-winning team has partnered with
America's leading telecommunications company providing business
internet, mobility, phone, and other services, to bring innovation
and custom solutions to businesses in key regions across the
nation. This position is based out of the Maryland/DC/Virginia

- Compensation: $53,000 to $90,000 and more annually with the
base salary and the UNLIMITED commission earnings potential
combined.

- Implement effective sales strategies aligned with
organizational and team goals.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Visit small business customers to promote our client's
technology products, including Fiber Optic Internet Service, 5G/4G
Internet Services, and Business and Cellphone Services.
- Identify the specific needs of companies and offer tailored
solutions with impeccable customer service.
- Use our client's proprietary system for territory and funnel
management.
- Analyze market trends and set goals within timelines.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key
decision-makers in small business accounts.
- Manage sales contract negotiations.
- Drive new product adoption and upselling opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate with other sales agents, marketing teams, and
senior management to align sales efforts with overall business
objectives.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences through cross-department
collaboration.How will you succeed?

adjust strategies accordingly.Experience and Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in door-to-door sales within the telecom
industry.
- Minimum one year of B2B experience in direct sales.
- Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to
small businesses.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal
